Responsibilities Design Interfaces: Create clean and functional UI layouts, components, icons, and flows for web and mobile platforms. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and participate in usability testing to refine the user experience. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with developers, product managers, marketers, and other designers to translate user and business needs into effective products. Design Systems: Help maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries for consistency across touchpoints. Iterate & Improve: Respond to feedback, test assumptions, and iterate designs to find the best solutions. Stay Current: Keep up with modern design trends, patterns, and tools — and bring fresh ideas to the table. Skills & Requirements Strong UI/UX design expertise: Deep understanding of design thinking, user psychology, and information architecture. Advanced proficiency in creating interactive prototypes. 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects. A degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related discipline. Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. Understanding of core design principles (typography, color, spacing, etc.) and user-centered design methods. Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
