Ad Specialist & Content Writer

As an Ad Specialist & Content Writer at SaasQuirk, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and impactful ad content tailored for real estate audiences across various platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. Your responsibilities will include developing high-performing ad copy, collaborating with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns, optimizing content for engagement and conversion rates, conducting market research to align messaging with Dubai's real estate trends, A/B testing creatives and copy for continuous improvement, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in ad copywriting or digital content creation, preferably within the real estate industry. A strong portfolio showcasing written ad content across platforms, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms, an understanding of content strategy and consumer psychology, excellent command of written English, and familiarity with the Dubai or GCC real estate market would be beneficial.
