Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our order processing, vendor coordination, logistics partnerships, and overall operational performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in managing multiple processes across the supply chain and customer service lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Process customer orders using the

    Vplak Admin Portal

    while ensuring compliance with

    GST regulations

    .
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including pickup scheduling, dispatches, and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment progress, proactively resolve delays, and ensure accurate and prompt delivery.

Vendor & Courier Management

  • Research, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to maintain long-term, cost-effective relationships.
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with courier services to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Resolve issues such as

    COD remittances

    ,

    weight discrepancies

    , and

    invoice disputes

    with logistics providers.

Customer Interaction

  • Handle customer queries via

    calls, emails, and WhatsApp

    , ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Maintain high response and resolution rates in accordance with defined SLAs.

Strategic & Operational Oversight

  • Collaborate with management to define strategic goals and implement long-term operational plans.
  • Create, monitor, and manage

    operating and capital budgets

    , ensuring expenses remain within limits.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of internal teams and external service providers to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure office and warehouse facilities are maintained in ideal working conditions, enhancing productivity and employee satisfaction.
