Job Description

Job Title: Operations Executive Shift: Night Shift (US Pacific Time) Work Days: Monday to Saturday Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Executive to handle FTL/LTL shipment bookings and retail/Amazon PO documentation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly proficient in Excel and Numbers, and be comfortable working night shifts (US Pacific Time). Key Responsibilities: - Book and manage FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments. - Coordinate daily operations with internal teams such as warehouse, trucking, operations, and Amazon. - Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for retail and Amazon channels. - Create and maintain operational documents and shipment records. - Track shipments and ensure timely communication and issue resolution. - Maintain accurate data in Excel, Numbers, or other reporting tools. Requirements: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers. - Experience in handling POs and documentation for retail and Amazon orders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations preferred. - Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US Pacific Time. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
