Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day travel operations, ensure smooth execution of bookings, and provide outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end travel operations including reservations, ticketing, hotel bookings, and visa processing.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure timely confirmations and smooth operations.Assist in preparing customized itineraries and travel packages.Resolve client queries and provide travel assistance before, during, and after trips.Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and vendor details.Support the sales team with operations-related tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel operations.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
