As an Operations Executive (Psychology & Clinical Implementation) at our company, your role will involve bridging clinical operations with psychological understanding. You will be responsible for assisting clinics in conducting developmental and psychological screenings, supporting clinicians during assessments, and guiding parents with care and clarity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct live demonstrations of Aignosis digital screening tools for clinicians and clinic staff. - Support clinics during the onboarding and initial assessment phases, ensuring smooth operational execution. - Administer and observe screening sessions for children and adults while maintaining a calm and professional environment. - Counsel and communicate with parents to explain assessment procedures, address concerns, and provide reassurance with empathy. - Ensure accurate and confidential data collection and reporting using digital tools. - Provide training and procedural guidance to clinic staff on tool usage and testing protocols. - Record feedback and insights from clinics and share with internal teams for improvement. - Maintain a patient-centered approach in all interactions with doctors, parents, and patients. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. - Empathetic and composed personality with sensitivity toward children and families. - Basic technical aptitude and readiness to work with digital screening tools. - Detail-oriented with a high sense of ethics, confidentiality, and accuracy. - Prior experience or internships in clinical, counseling, or developmental psychology settings preferred. - Willingness to travel to clinics within the city or region.
