Role Summary 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our Punjab team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, document collection, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication of transaction updates.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a working knowledge of Excel or similar tools.

 Key Responsibilities 

* Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.

* Collect, verify, and manage customer documents.

* Update and maintain customer information across internal systems and portals.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

* Share transaction details with stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

* Follow up proactively with clients and internal teams to close open items.

 Qualifications & Requirements 

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international education loans, remittances, or forex transactions.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional Language.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in a team environment.

* Proficiency in Excel or similar data management tools.

* Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi preferred
