Full Time
• Collect, update, and manage daily walk-in data across all ECs (Experience Centers)
• Track and monitor JIRA tickets and prepare regular reports on status and follow-ups
• Respond to and manage web-based email inquiries related to operations and coordinate resolutions
• Prepare, update, and circulate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports as required
• Create and maintain data dashboards for visualizing performance metrics, leads, and ticket resolution timelines
• Support the Operations team with data insights and projections for reviews and planning
• Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Technical, FOE, etc.) to gather and verify relevant data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality at all times
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar)
• 1–3 years of experience in data handling, MIS, or operational support roles
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and formulae
• Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization tools (Excel/Google Sheets/Tableau/Power BI – a plus)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA is preferred
