Fulltime Bangalore, Onsite

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. This role will be critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our payment operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of managing the payment process, preparing and sending weekly payment breakdowns, and supporting coaches and internal teams with queries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payment operations for coaches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare, validate, and send weekly payment breakdowns to internal stakeholders and coaches
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure proper reconciliation of payments and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports, and dashboards for payment tracking
  • Handle queries and support requests from coaches related to payments
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: BBA/MBA in Finance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with coaches and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter with a strong drive for success
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
