Job Description

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining day-to-day business activities. Your role will involve managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, coordinating across departments, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement. - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure operational alignment. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. - Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements. - Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in operations or business process management. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools/software.
