Job Description

Role : Operations Executive

Responsibilities :

● Manage daily center operations, ensuring smooth execution of both online and offline SkillX

training programs.

● Coordinate with trainers to finalize training schedules, manage availability, and address

session-level requirements.

● Support the admissions process by onboarding newly enrolled students and providing them

with detailed program orientation.

● Maintain real-time trackers and operational dashboards including student attendance, batch

schedules, and completion reports.

● Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents for any queries, issues, or

support requirements.

● Develop a clear understanding of each learner’s academic goals and align operations to meet

those objectives.

● Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure a positive first experience and a strong start to the

learner’s journey.

● Perform regular follow-ups and check-ins with students to ensure course adherence, address

academic concerns, and enhance retention.

● Liaise with academic and tech teams to resolve operational issues that may impact training delivery.

● Monitor and evaluate class delivery by periodically observing sessions and collecting learner

feedback.

● Collaborate with trainers to ensure quality instruction and resolve learner-related challenges

proactively.

● Identify opportunities for upselling additional services (advanced modules, workshops)

based on student performance and feedback.

● Ensure timely and accurate fee collection, clearly communicating fee structures and schedules

to parents.

● Maintain detailed records of operational performance and submit daily/weekly reports

outlining activities, achievements, and challenges.

● Promote a high standard of service delivery by ensuring timely resolution of student/trainer

issues and constant process improvements.

● Work cross-functionally with other departments such as academic, sales, and support teams

to ensure alignment of goals and outcomes.


Qualification & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.

● Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in operations or administration (preferably in

the education/training sector).

● Strong coordination and problem-solving skills to handle multi-stakeholder interactions.

● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other tech tools for operational tracking and

reporting.

● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to manage parent, student, and trainer

relationships.

● Ability to stay organized, calm under pressure, and solution-focused in a dynamic work

environment.
