Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily order processing from Shopify / OMS
Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch, delivery, RTOs, and reverse pickups
Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
Handle return, replacement, and refund coordination
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement
Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for timely dispatch
Monitor SLA adherence and report delays or operational gaps
Maintain operational reports (orders, RTO%, returns, delays)
Support SOP creation and process improvement initiatives.
