As an Operations & Communication Intern at our e-commerce brand, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily backend operations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Order Management:** Monitoring daily orders, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery. - **Stock Audits:** Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting inventory checks, and updating reports. - **Production Coordination:** Communicating with vendors and internal teams for smooth production and replenishment timelines. - **Customer Communication:** Handling inquiries, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring positive service experiences. - **Data & Reporting:** Maintaining and updating operational trackers and reports using Excel and Google Sheets for performance tracking and analysis.
