Job Description – Operations Executive (Safiya Health - MVT)
Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage tie-ups with hospitals and clinics for Medical Value Travel and patient referral business.
• Coordinate enquiries and communication between the internal team and hospitals/clinics to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle, track, and maintain patient leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Provide operational support across business development, partnership management, and daily coordination tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for meetings and operational requirements.
• Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or medical tourism is an advantage.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
