Holiday Consultant - International

As an International Holidays Consultant at Safiya Travels in Kochi, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Your passion for exploration and commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and unique itineraries that exceed expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements - Recommend and sell international holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, and activities - Research and stay up-to-date on destinations, travel options, and industry trends - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel process - Meet and exceed sales targets **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field - 1-3 years of experience in travel consulting or related industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus At Safiya Travels, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
