Operations Executive - Group Journeys

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GIT Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end operational execution of domestic and international group tours. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination with vendors, timely confirmations, accurate documentation, and a seamless travel experience for group travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour operations for Group Inclusive Tours.
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters, airlines, DMCs, and local vendors for confirmations and services.
• Prepare and manage tour files, rooming lists, flight details, vouchers, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation for group departures.
• Ensure accurate itinerary execution, inclusions delivery, and service quality as per commitments.
• Act as a single point of contact for tour managers, group leaders, and vendors during tours.
• Handle last-minute changes, operational challenges, and emergency situations efficiently.
• Conduct post-tour reconciliations, vendor settlements, and feedback collection.
• Maintain proper records and update ERP/CRM systems with operational data.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism.
• 2–5 years of experience in GIT operations (domestic/international).
• Strong understanding of tour operations, hotel contracting, transport coordination, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tours simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in English (and Hindi; regional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and travel documentation processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,867.50 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
