Operations Executive - Field Sales

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office with knowledge of CRM/ERP systems being an advantage, and the ability to travel locally as required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising or inventory handling in the textile/home dcor/export industry, as well as experience in addressing and resolving customer queries, are necessary qualifications.
