Operations Executive

Job Objective: To ensure efficient and accurate processing of files (Consumer Durable) during night shift hours and data in compliance with defined SOPs, while meeting turnaround time and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: ·       Process and validate operational files as per SOP. ·       Perform thorough checks to ensure completeness, correctness, and consistency of data before file submission. ·       Ensure all tasks are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) to meet service level agreements. ·       Maintain high accuracy levels in file processing. ·       Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and clarification.   Skills & Qualifications: ·       Graduate in any discipline. ·       0–2 years of experience in back-office operations or data processing. ·       Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry tools. ·       Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ·       Good communication and coordination skills.     Key Details: Number of Resources: 120 Employment Type: Off-roll Location: Pune Salary Range: ₹   15000 to 20000 per month
