Aeon Shipping (Pvt) Ltd-India, a leading company in freight forwarding and logistics solutions, is looking for a dedicated and energetic Operation Executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day import and export operations (Sea & Air Freight).
• Manage shipment bookings, schedules, and timely cargo delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and agents for smooth operations.
• Support customs clearance activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain shipment records and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• 1–3 years’ experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
