Aeon Shipping (Pvt) Ltd-India, a leading company in freight forwarding and logistics solutions, is looking for a dedicated and energetic Operation Executive to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day import and export operations (Sea & Air Freight). Manage shipment bookings, schedules, and timely cargo delivery. Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.). Liaise with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and agents for smooth operations. Support customs clearance activities and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain shipment records and prepare periodic reports for management. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, or Business Management . 1–3 years’ experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations. Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms . Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
