Operations Excellence Specialist

to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our core operational and logistics processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, driving continuous improvement, and enabling seamless business execution. The specialist will play a central role in optimizing workflows, strengthening coordination across departments, and ensuring scalable, cost-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency & Performance

Monitor end-to-end operational activities to identify gaps, delays, and inefficiencies.Develop, maintain, and analyze operational KPIs to evaluate performance and guide improvements.Partner with teams across supply chain, finance, procurement, and customer service to ensure alignment on goals and execution.Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and process enhancements to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility.Present insights, reports, and dashboards to leadership to support strategic decisions.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Oversee logistics workflows including order lifecycle management, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and dispatch monitoring.Ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing cost, quality, and service levels.Assess transportation, warehousing, and distribution expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.Work closely with logistics partners to troubleshoot delays and ensure accurate documentation and tracking.Monitor stock availability, demand patterns, and supply chain risks to support uninterrupted operations.

Data Analysis & Process Optimization

Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks.Create and update SOPs, workflow documents, and process guidelines.Use analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to forecast demand, assess trends, and support decision-making.Contribute to strategic initiatives such as automation projects, vendor performance reviews, and cost-optimization programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.25 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain analytics.Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools preferred.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and logistics management tools is an advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.Collaborative team player able to influence cross-functional outcomes.
