Operations Engineer

As an Operations Department member at our company, you will be expected to have an MBA in Operations along with a BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical) degree. With 1-2 years of experience, you will be based in Mumbai. Your role will entail the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Roles & Responsibility:** - Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices - Set performance goals and objectives with upper management - Monitor performance progress with key stakeholders and management - Maintain data by monitoring dashboards, key performance data (KPI) - Acquire knowledge of all the standards, procedures, and methods needed for departmental duties and performance - Interact with all department heads and stakeholders to devise cost control strategies - Create new formats for MIS reports/ dashboards etc. - Understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Lean Management, Project Management, and Six Sigma - Monitor and analyze data on a day-to-day basis and devise change plans - Drive implementation through the plant team - Responsible for costing and operational activity at the plant **Qualification Required:** - MBA in Operations with BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical) - Good in statistics, Must be proficient in Excel - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Deep understanding of operation management processes - Self-motivated and proactive - Self-learning ability with leadership qualities If you believe you possess the necessary qualifications and skills, please send your updated resume to gunja@systematicltd.com.,
