15 years full time educationSummary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive maintenance and optimization of cloud infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance. - Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices. - Experience with automation tools for deployment and configuration management. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
