Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a proactive approach to system management, ensuring that all operational standards are met and exceeded. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the production environment runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.- Strong understanding of IT service management processes.- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.- Familiarity with change management and release management practices.- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and generate reports. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
