Operations Engineer

You will be part of a leading name in the Oil & Gas industry, OCS Services, which specializes in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Asset Integrity, and Integrated Crew Management. As an Operations Engineer (Onshore), your role will involve supporting maintenance planning, breakdown management, and operations optimization to ensure technical readiness and enhance overall efficiency. - Coordinate breakdown/shutdown reviews and follow-up actions - Assist in vendor mobilization, spare/tool tracking, and breakdown logistics - Monitor and manage critical spares to prevent operational disruptions - Collaborate with Facility Manager, TMM & SMEs for maintenance improvements - Ensure contractor competency and training for safe task execution - Analyse and reduce maintenance backlog through CMMS (SAP/Maximo) - Develop work packs for planned maintenance tasks - Monitor CMMS usage and suggest system/process improvements - Participate in risk assessments, RCAs, JSAs, and MOCs - Lead or support SOP updates and field investigations - Conduct audits and site visits to ensure procedural compliance - Support knowledge transfer and offshore team alignment as required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial/Marine/Relevant Engineering OR Technical Diploma with relevant onshore/oil & gas experience - Minimum 5-7 years in Oil & Gas or related field operations - Exposure to shutdown planning and maintenance operations - Experience working with multinational teams is a plus - Knowledge of CMMS, SOPs, TQs, and safety audits If you join OCS, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally trusted Oil & Gas brand, be part of a high-performance engineering team, and contribute to safety-first, innovative operations.
