Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitoring system performance, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all services meet the established standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure management. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Experience in monitoring tools and performance metrics analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
