Maklab Innovations is seeking a dynamic and driven Startup School Operations Coordinator to join our BuildOne initiative. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about technology and entrepreneurship to manage our educational ecosystem.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy coordinating activities, interacting with academic institutions, and working at the heart of a growing startup environment. While academic ranking is not the primary criterion, we value candidates who are active, smart, and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities and operations of the BuildOne Startup School.
• Institutional Outreach: Connect with colleges and schools to promote BuildOne programs and build lasting partnerships.
• Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute workshops, seminars, and student engagement events.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technology and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Leadership: Demonstrate creativity and leadership to foster an environment of innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: B.Tech or MBA graduates (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
• Background: Previous active participation in IEDC (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centres), Startup Clubs, or College Innovation Cells is strongly preferred.
• Technical Interest: A genuine passion for technology domains, including but not limited to Robotics, IoT, AI, AR/VR, Full Stack Development, or Software Development.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and faculty.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
