Operations Associate

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle booking, reissuing, and cancellation of air tickets and hotel reservations while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticketing Operations:
• Book, reissue, and cancel air tickets for domestic and international travel.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
• Customer Support:
• Address client inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel policies.
• Provide timely updates on booking status and resolve operational challenges.
• Coordination and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers as needed.
• Problem Solving:
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.
• Ensure minimal disruption to client travel plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in the travel industry, especially in ticketing and reservations, is preferred.
• Proficiency in GDS platforms like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Knowledge of corporate travel policies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
