Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Creation:
• Collaborate with Faculty members to develop engaging and effective paid courses.
• Ensure that course content aligns with Oliveboard's standards and meets the needs of the target audience.

• Faculty Coordination:
• Communicate with faculty members to convey details about upcoming courses, including content requirements, timelines, and any specific guidelines.
• Foster positive relationships with faculty to enhance collaboration and content quality.

• Operational Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of paid courses on the Oliveboard platform.
• Coordinate with various teams, including content development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth course delivery.

• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to uphold the standard of content delivery in the live classes of the different courses.
• Collect and analyze feedback from users, faculty, and other stakeholders to continuously improve course offerings.

• Platform Optimization:
• Work closely with the technology team to identify and resolve any operational issues on the Oliveboard platform related to paid courses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
