The role involves a range of responsibilities, including managing patient attendance, collecting prescriptions, and handling escalations. The trainee will be expected to work across multiple functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Requirements: Freshers only, who completed their graduation in the last 5 years. Any degree (Degree in a Healthcare/Medical background is a plus) with good communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Hindi. Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
