Operations Associate

CTC - 2 LPA

Exp - 1-3 years

Remote role

Must have a Laptop & Wifi

MS Excel and Team coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end blood test bookings through third-party lab portals
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and completions
• Coordinate with lab partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Communicate with users for confirmations, rescheduling, or missing details
• Monitor timely test completions and flag delays or concerns proactively

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in an operations or coordination role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
• A proactive, learning-first mindset with attention to detail
