Job Description

Operation Associate - Transport

Division: Transport

Location: Chitwan

  • Coordinate and monitor transportation activities, including receiving, verifying, loading/ unloading dispatching, warehousing, routing and reporting of inbound/ outbound goods.
  • Manage transport documentation and collaborate with the inter-branch team to ensure smooth end to end operations.
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues such as delays, route changes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, as well as company policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control and client coordination related to transport services.
  • Support the implementation of transportation management systems and digital tools
