Operations Assistant

Role Overview: You will assist with the management of daily operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance operations. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining records of all business activities, such as financial records, inventory, and customer data. You will contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaboration with team members to identify and resolve issues, as well as responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, will be part of your role.
