Job Description- Operations Assistant Role & Responsibilities 1. Project & Site Coordination · Oversee end-to-end operations of real estate projects – from planning to execution. · Coordinate with site teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely progress. · Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control standards. 2. Process Management · Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices. · Drive efficiency in project delivery and operational workflows. · Maintain project trackers and operational dashboards for regular reporting. 3. Vendor & Contractor Management · Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and subcontractors. · Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality expectations are met. 4. Compliance & Documentation · Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory guidelines related to real estate operations. · Maintain documentation related to projects, contracts, permits, and compliance reports. 5. Customer Coordination · Collaborate with Sales & CRM teams to support customer handovers and resolve operational issues. · Ensure smooth possession process and coordinate for snag checks, documentation, etc. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration · Act as a liaison between project, finance, legal, and sales teams for seamless operational execution. · Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. 7. Reporting & MIS · Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and operational metrics. · Flag delays, risks, or issues proactively and suggest remedial actions.
