Job Description

You will be responsible for providing proactive and highly organized support to the CEO and various cross-functional teams as an Operations Assistant. Your role will involve managing calendars, coordinating events, facilitating team communication, and engaging in light content management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, be tech-savvy, and feel comfortable working independently in a remote and fast-paced setting. Your key responsibilities will include managing and updating the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating across different time zones to prevent conflicts, updating event details and documentation in SharePoint for real-time access, collaborating with the events team to plan internal and external events, providing administrative support for event execution, supporting social media content creation and posting, updating event pages and website copy, facilitating communication between teams, maintaining documentation and templates in platforms like SharePoint, and assisting in the preparation of communication drafts, reports, or summaries. To excel in this role, you are required to have 2-6 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or coordination roles, with previous experience supporting senior leadership considered a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Zoom, and various social media platforms. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and uphold confidentiality is crucial, as well as the willingness and availability to work US time zone hours. Desired skills for this position include familiarity with event planning and coordination, experience in remote and fast-paced work environments, a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and knowledge of website content updates (basic CMS knowledge is advantageous).,
