As an Operations Executive in the travel industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's smooth & efficient functioning of various operational aspects. You will be responsible for managing & optimizing operations to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Job Profile:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships, monitor performance, and resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors promptly.
  • Present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement.
  • Excellent communications and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of geography and maps.
  • Experience between 2 to 4 years in International or Domestic Operations.
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management within the travel industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
