Operations and Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Pricing Executive to support our freight forwarding company. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day logistics operations and providing accurate, competitive pricing for air and sea freight services. The ideal candidate will have solid industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to client service.

· Manage end-to-end international shipments (Air, Sea, ).

· Coordinate with carriers, agents and customs brokers.

· Prepare and verify shipping documents: BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.

· Handle customs clearance and liaise with authorities.

· Track and report shipments to clients.

· Source freight rates from carriers and global agents.

· Prepare and submit quotations to the sales team or directly to clients.

· Analyze cost structures and propose profitable pricing models.

. Maintain rate sheets and ensure timely updates.

· Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.

· Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS Codes, DG Cargo (Dangerous Goods).

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
