What You’ll Do

Operations

• Assist in creating and refining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Help manage day-to-day business operations and project coordination.
• Track workflows, deadlines, and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

HR

• Support in recruitment: drafting job posts, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Help organize team activities, engagement programs, and feedback sessions.
• Contribute ideas to make our workplace culture vibrant and people-focused.
