What You’ll Do

• Expand supply:

   Find, onboard, and manage new pet care partners (walkers, groomers, etc.) across cities.

• Build playbooks:

   Create and document processes for onboarding, training, and partner management.

• Solve problems in real time:

   Be the go-to person for ops challenges — cancellations, reschedules, logistics hiccups, and more.

• Support launches:

   Work closely with the central ops team to set up new cities and ensure smooth go-live.

• Analyse & improve:

   Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for faster supply growth.
