Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for an Operations and Business Development Manager. The manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategies for business growth, managing client relationships, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the effective execution of training programs. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
