Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Hindi Trainer, located in Chennai. The Hindi Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering Hindi language training programs, preparing instructional materials, and assessing learners' progress. The trainer will conduct engaging and interactive sessions to enhance students' Hindi communication skills, provide regular feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Collaboration with other trainers and integration of technology in lessons for an enriched learning experience will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi language, both written and spoken
• Experience in language training and curriculum development
• Ability to prepare and deliver engaging instructional materials
• Strong assessment and feedback skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and integrate technology in teaching
• Previous experience in educational sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field
• Must be based out of Chennai
