Role Description This is a full-time / part-time remote role for a Hindi Trainer. The Hindi Trainer will be responsible for, delivering live classes on google meet using ppt slides which will be given by the team, and providing continuous support to students. The trainer will use innovative teaching methods to facilitate learning, conduct assessments, and give constructive feedback. The role requires engaging in interactive calling sessions to enhance students' fluency and understanding and ensuring personalized attention to all learners. Qualifications Should be one who is proficient in Malayalam. Proficiency in the Hindi language, both written and spoken Experience in creating lesson plans and delivering structured classe Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide constructive feedback and continuous support Ability to conduct assessments and gauge student progress Knowledge of innovative teaching methods and techniques Comfortable with online teaching platforms like Google Meet and Zoom Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field Previous teaching experience is a plus
