Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Spoken Hindi Trainer. The Spoken Hindi Trainer will be responsible for conducting live online classes, developing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing personalized guidance, and creating a supportive learning environment. The Trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve teaching materials and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi and strong command of spoken Hindi
• Experience in teaching or training, preferably in language education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom
• Patience and dedication to personalized student progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hindi, or a related field
• Experience with innovative teaching methods is a plus
