Operations Analyst: Role Overview As an Operations Analyst , you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across multiple cities. We're looking for a hardworking and enterprising individual with excellent analytical and communication skills . You'll need an ingenious, scientific approach to problems and a strong outcome-oriented point of view . Demonstrated experience in managing operations is a must. Key Responsibilities Inspection Coordination : Ensure seamless inspection alignment and timely execution across 10 cities. Inspector Feedback Loop : Engage with inspectors to gather follow-up information and insights. Coordination : Work closely with Lead Owners for scheduling, updates, and operational synchronization. Roster Management : Create and manage inspector rosters to guarantee optimal coverage and efficiency. Inspection Scheduling : Maintain and monitor the inspection scheduler for accurate tracking. Daily Reporting : Keep reports updated with daily scheduled and completed inspections. Communication : Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to serve as the operational bridge between teams. Availability : This role requires a 6-day work week , and you should be available for all operational calls as needed. Requirements 1 to 5 years of experience in hub/warehouse operations . Team handling experience is mandatory . Graduation degree . Ability to think creatively about business problems and devise effective solutions. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment .
