Social Santa is a leading Digital Marketing firm under Navisha Marketing and Media LLP.

We are looking for candidates for our new office based in Belagavi, Karnataka. We are

specializing in both online and offline advertising. We provide a full range of marketing

services, including social media marketing, print and radio ads, and web and app

development etc. Our clientele spans across the fashion, Hospitality, beauty, and FMCG

who can lead and oversee our end-to-end marketing operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to manage day-to-day operations,

streamline processes, and ensure seamless execution of 360° marketing campaigns. The ideal

candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in digital,

traditional, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee and manage the daily operations of the agency, ensuring smooth workflow across.
•  Plan, execute, and monitor 360° marketing strategies, covering digital, social media,
• branding, offline activations, and client campaigns.
•  Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
•  Develop operational processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and accountability.
•  Handle client servicing, project management, and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
•  Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and timelines for multiple projects.
•  Drive innovation and identify growth opportunities within marketing operations.
•  Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
•  4+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in a digital/advertising
• agency.
•  Strong understanding of 360° marketing (digital + offline channels).
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•  Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software.
•  Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
•  Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Joining:

•  Salary: As per company standards and last drawn salary.
•  Joining: Immediate (preferred within 2 to 30 days).

Pay: ₹13,163.00 - ₹48,070.00 per month
