We’re Hiring: Operational Manager

iBizz Technologies is a fast-growing company dealing in Smart Panels, PTZ Cameras, Webcams, Digital Signage, Automatic School Bells, and Speakerphones. We are looking for a motivated Operational Manager to manage our backend operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock records of all incoming and outgoing products.
• Product Dispatching – Ensure timely and correct dispatch of products to customers.
• Godown/Warehouse Handling – Keep track of materials received in the warehouse and update records.
• Data Recording & Reporting – Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordination – Work closely with logistics, sales, and service teams for smooth product delivery.
• Quality Check – Inspect goods before dispatch to ensure they meet company standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / ITI background preferred.
• Freshers can also apply (training will be provided).
• Must have own Bike (for coordination between warehouse and office if required).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operation is mandatory.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month
• Training provided for freshers
