• Assist in

  client communication & follow-ups

• Support

  hiring processes

  (posting jobs, screening, scheduling)
• Help in

  website updates and content coordination

• Manage

  video publishing & uploads

• Keep our processes smooth using tools like

  Notion, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, and other AI tools

• Organize tasks, track progress, and ensure follow-ups happen on time

  Notion, LinkedIn, Google tools, AI tools, publishing platforms

• Strong at

  communication & writing
