1. Credit Control Executive

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Hospital experience mandatory
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shift
• Okay with Uniform (Saree for Female and Shirt for male)
• A Credit Control Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring credit transactions within the hospital. This includes coordinating with TPA/insurance teams, reviewing patient credit files, ensuring timely clearance of outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate billing records. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid understanding of hospital billing and credit processes

2. Front Desk Executive

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Hospital experience preferred
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shift
• Okay with Uniform (Saree for Female and Shirt for male)
• A Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, guiding patients to respective departments, managing phone calls, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. The role demands excellent communication, customer service skills, and a courteous, patient-friendly approach.
  

3. OPD Billing Executive

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Hospital experience mandatory
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shift
• Okay with Uniform (Saree for Female and Shirt for male)
• An OPD Billing Executive is responsible for generating and processing outpatient bills. This includes service entry, collecting payments, maintaining billing accuracy, coordinating with consultants, handling cash/online transactions, and preparing daily reports. The role requires knowledge of OPD billing systems, attention to detail, and customer handling skills
  

4. IPD Billing Executive

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Hospital experience mandatory
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shift
• Okay with Uniform (Saree for Female and Shirt for male)
• An IPD Billing Executive manages billing for admitted patients. Duties include preparing initial estimates, daily charge posting, coordination with nursing/wards, handling TPA-related documentation, preparing final bills, and ensuring accurate discharge billing. The role requires strong understanding of hospital billing processes, high accuracy, and the ability to work under time-sensitive situations.

5. Sr Dietitian

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Corporate hospital is mandatory
• A Senior Dietitian is responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating nutritional care for patients based on their medical conditions. The role includes assessing dietary needs, creating personalized diet plans, supervising dietetic staff, ensuring food safety standards, and working closely with doctors and medical teams. Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and patient education abilities are essential.
