About the Role

The Operations Supervisor will ensure daily field-level implementation of SWM activities, including waste collection, transportation, and manpower deployment at ULB level.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise door-to-door collection, secondary transportation, and waste segregation.
• Ensure deployment and monitoring of sanitation workers as per SWM standards.
• Verify daily route coverage, vehicle tracking, and attendance.
• Address operational challenges and escalate gaps to ULB Team Lead.
• Maintain basic field-level records (attendance, route completion, collection data) as per SWM formats.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations/supervision, preferably in

  SWM projects
