You will supervise the cutting process to guarantee the machine operates smoothly and the cuts are precise. Any adjustments needed to maintain quality will be your responsibility. Furthermore, you will inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. Routine maintenance on the laser cutting machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts, will also be part of your duties. Safety is a top priority, and you must follow all safety protocols to create a safe working environment. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety guidelines at all times. In addition, maintaining accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputs will be crucial for this role. Designation: Asst. Manager - Production (Injection Moulding) Qualifications: CIPET (or equivalent) with relevant experience. Experience: 10-12 years in a reputed automobile or auto ancillary industry involved in injection moulding of small and precise components. Job Requirements: A. Extensive Experience in Mould Process Setting, Robot Handling. B. Meticulous Planner as well as drive to execute as planned. C. Team player, Motivator, Problem Solving, Mediating attitude. Good Crisis Manager. D. Extensive Experience in Injection Moulding Machine Robotic operations. E. Preferable from small & precision component manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for scheduling and achieving production targets of small and precise plastic injection moulded components as per customer schedule and organisation requirements. Responsible for 24 hours operations in the Injection Moulding Shop. Setting up of the ALL ELECTRIC Injection Moulding Machines and all its auxiliaries including Mould Temperature Controllers, Dehumidifying dryers, Vacuum Conveying Systems, Take-Off Robots etc. to ensure streamlined production line. Production planning, Moulding Process Setting and control, Man power planning, Moulding Operations control, Post Moulding Operations and ensuring timely shipments will be the core activities. Training and Mentoring of Moulding Supervisors and Operators. Ensuring compliance to systems like 5S, IATF 16949 standards, TQM and TPM etc.

The IT Specialist will work on improving IT systems , ensuring process standardization, supporting IT strategy , and aligning IT applications with business needs. The position is both strategic and operational , requiring strong collaboration with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities (In Short): Develop and implement ALM strategy covering planning to decommissioning Maintain IT landscape documentation , reporting, and visualization Drive Release and Change Management processes across environments Support ServiceNow KPIs, SLAs , and system maturity improvement Collaborate with users to align IT solutions with business goals Redesign and document IT processes for software engineering discipline Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards Provide consultation and leadership in IT/ALM projects and initiatives Required Skills: Strong knowledge in ALM, ITSM, Software Engineering, or IT Governance Hands-on experience with ALM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, HP ALM, etc.) Understanding of IT architecture, ITIL/COBIT , and process integration Analytical thinking, structured working, and communication skills Experience in international environments and cross-functional collaboration Fluent English, proactive attitude, and intercultural competence Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering 4+ years of professional experience in ALM or related domains

We're seeking a Shift Supervisor for a brand-new PCB recycling plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. This plant is built with European-imported machinery and follows modern processes to recover precious metals from electronic waste. It is a pilot project with big plans ahead and were putting together a team that will lead it from day one. Key responsibilities Ensure shift supervision across operations, maintenance, safety, and security during assigned shifts. Prepare and submit daily reports as per the production and maintenance plan. Track availability and usage of spares, inventory, and resources at the site. Manage deployment and supervision of O&M (Operations & Maintenance) personnel on the shop floor. Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving support. Guide shop floor employees, implement operational protocols, and ensure compliance. Ensure proper weight balance and safe handling while shifting semi-finished and finished products. Maintain complete data for plant operations, from receipt of raw material to dispatch of finished products. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering. 4-7 years of relevant experience in industrial plant operations and maintenance. Proven team leadership and shift management capabilities. Sound knowledge of plant equipment, safety protocols, and maintenance practices. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in using MS Office tools and plant operation software (if any). Background in any recycling/ precious metal extraction/ precious metal refining/ PCB related industry. Working conditions Shift-based role with rotational shifts including nights/weekends as per plant schedule. On-site presence required during entire shift duration.
